They make some bold claims on fuel economy improvements but how you drive is how you get better MPGs in the city. If they can get me 40mpgs prove it - otherwise I’m not screwing with the pedal. The anti theft feature too / a subscription for that!? They don’t disclose what it costs, red flag gimmickHi everyone,
Just looking for thoughts on the pedal commander. Does it really make a difference?
So the slower I go, the more MPG I get?Correction: if you’re getting the pedal commander for fuel economy improvements my recommendation is a HARD NO. I just crushed my previous trip record, and I drive a TH which gets the shittiest gas mileage of the gen 4s. It’s all in technique w/ the pedal in ECO mode
if Pedal Commander wants to send me one to test, I’m game. Do better than this print in Denver rush hour!

LMAO that's typical rush hour speeds/moving w/traffic in Denver. Some of the worst traffic in the nation. So the slower I go, the more MPG I get?
How is that possible? Best i can get in my trd pro is 21mpg. I dont drive the truck hardThey make some bold claims on fuel economy improvements but how you drive is how you get better MPGs in the city. No.Hi everyone,

Consistently it’s not possible. There’s several factors that influence long run fuel economy, I personally think the biggest is daily driving distance (keeping the hybrid pack maintained & warm), rolling resistance, curb weight, aero, winter/summer blends, and driving habits - not in that order, like, aero dominates above 60mph, and I haven’t done a big trip yet since I’ve been tracking my economy with a modified airdam on my THHow is that possible? Lol a rando interjects telling people how it is. I’ll get the print and a 400mi tank. You do you ride that left lane those rigs will move over, you drive a mean 4 banger jefeWhen your average speed is about 25mph, it's pretty easy to get those numbers. So not really a realistic number for your average driver that has multiple speed zones they're going through where the average is going to be >25mph.
