  1. 2024 TRD Pro Isodynamic Seats (Trade)

You want the seats on the left to replace the seats on the right and you're okay that they won't match the seats in the back????
  2. Modified Air Dam on a stock 2024 Tacoma Trailhunter 4th Gen

10.7mi/25min = 25.7mph, pretty sure we can all get that kind of mileage
  3. Modified Air Dam on a stock 2024 Tacoma Trailhunter 4th Gen

Well, Toyota/EPA did apple to apple testing. TRD OR Hybrid - which has a spoiler- gets the same MPG as TRD Pro which doesn't. There may have been some improvement, but less than 0.5 or they would have rounded up. An SR5 4x4 with smaller/lighter tires gets 1 mpg better HWY than a Sport (which...
  4. TRD Performance Exhaust - PT226-35241-02 worth it? Sound clilps?

The TRD loses the resonator but just before the dual tip it has a slightly larger diameter and then there's sort of a "chamber" at the Y. Not sure if that provides a resonator-like effect that wouldn't be present if you just weld on a single tip.
  5. TRD Performance Exhaust - PT226-35241-02 worth it? Sound clilps?

This may be a complicated ask. 1. A different TRD Exhaust thread showed that the "mid-pipe" for the Pro is different (part #). The mid-pipe includes the muffler and while the muffler looks the same on the outside, it's different inside...
  6. Trailhunter auxiliary gas tank

The base Tundra is getting the larger fuel tank as standard. It was an option. The higher trims have the same 32gal tank - no change and no option for a larger tank.
  7. Are the Trailhunter's springs different from other 4th gen models?

I think Toyota anticipates that most TH buyers will load up their trucks with a lot of overland gear and appreciate the stiffer springs.
  8. Side-by-Side: TRD Performance Exhaust vs Stock

A couple things. 1. A different TRD Exhaust thread showed that the "mid-pipe" for the Pro is different (part #). The mid-pipe includes the muffler and while the muffler looks the same on the outside, it's different inside...
  9. Are the Trailhunter's springs different from other 4th gen models?

According to Toyota specs, a TRD OR Hybrid is 0.7" higher than a non-hybrid OR and the tires are 1" taller, which should only raise the height 0.5". And the hybrid is 400lbs heavier. Pretty sure the springs are little stiffer. A TH is another 0.5" higher than a hybrid even though it's 300lbs...
  10. Sneak Peek: A-Pillar Grab Handles for 4th Gen Tacoma (by Carlimeki) – What Do You Want to See?

Should look more like a 5g 4Runner grab handle.
  11. Tacoma Exodus

LOL. Loads of misinformation. Like how you bough a TRD with steel wheels when you bought an SR?
  12. Tacoma Exodus

Tell us more about the 2026 Tacomas.
  13. Superficial comparison look at Tacoma vs 4Runner TRD Pro (materials, build quality, feel, paint)

Both pics are Tacomas. Cracks me up when people say "I would have got a Pro, but there's no back seat space" and then by a truck that has maybe 1/2" more back seat space. The 4R seats may in fact be a little thinner and provide more rear seat room but I don't think it will make it "roomy"...
  14. Superficial comparison look at Tacoma vs 4Runner TRD Pro (materials, build quality, feel, paint)

What do you expect to gain by swapping out the seats?
  15. TRD Pro, Dont kick me I want to lower it…

4R Pro is about 350lbs heavier. Springs are shorter but maybe a little stiffer? You could just shorten your springs.
  16. TRD Pro, Dont kick me I want to lower it…

What tire pressure are you running? TRD OR Hybrid is only 0.4" lower than a Pro according to Toyota specs.
  17. Hybrid owners: Does the gas engine turn on when you start the car?

Yeah, not sure where you heard that. On flat roads between 40-45mph mine will regularly shut the engine down and cruise for several minutes. When I pull into my neighborhood and drive 20mph it's all EV and when in parking lots I cruise around full EV.
  18. Will these rims fit my OR Hybrid with as close to non-pokey offset as the factory rims?

The poke from MT -Taco's +35 wheels looks way more pokey than the Methods and Rhinos you posted. Sure those are the same offset?
