My thought, exactly. Every time I take my truck in for service, they inflate my tires to 38 to 40psi. On the way home, it rides rough and the rear end tends to dance a little on curves with poor pavement. For me, 32psi is much better, as the ride is much more enjoyable. Just a thought, before you start modifying the suspension. What tire pressure are you running?
This is my guess. The Fox shocks could also be set to one of the aggressive settings, which have a firmer ride.
My Pro is much taller than that... yours look great and prefer that look vs having am disproportionate large space between tires and fenders.Like This height? TRD Offroad w/ Pro wheels on 33.3in tires and stock TRD OR suspension.![]()
I think you are just gonna have to swap out your suspension for something more adjustable. I think Fox sells some setups that might get you close to what you are after? You might want to consider giving accutune a call and let them know your situation. They do custom adjustment for shocks, it would be worth giving them a ring. Let me know if you end up selling your take offs lol
Depending where you are in Texas, I have a basically new (only 3K-4K miles) set of TRD off-road front springs you can have for free. Not sure how they compare to the Pro springs in terms of height, but might be worth a shot?Fox shocks are set to 1 and tire pressure at 26 (!)
The ride is ok... mostly what I dont like is the ride height and what comes with it like more lean, stiffer springs to control the extra two inches it has vs the 2025 4Runner TRD Pro...
