2027 Tacoma TRD Pro in Honeycomb color -- first photos

I really like the new honeycomb color. Pics usually don't do these colors justice, they look alot nicer in the wild. Similar color to my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in the new Goldilocks color. Depending on the lighting it shifts from light gold in sunlight to a amber gold in the evening. Not for everyone but definitely for me.

Honycomb? Looks more Butterscotch to me.
Gotta see it in person - but I'm sure it's still not for me. (but then I do kinda like that crazy bright blue - I guess that's the 'toothpaste' some of you mentioned?)

Beautiful color. Love it!
I want to know more of the 2027 models than a colour. It’s mid - August and no info. The main concern is will they have this impaired driving lockout bs that the US is pushing and will it be on Canadian versions as well.

I thought that the impaired lockout thing was on hold or delayed in the US. Even if it does happen I don't think it will be on Canadian models unless your government mandates it.
Update: Yeah that is still something in progress. The NHTSA has said that it is not reliable enough to implement yet, but there is talk about it being required late in 2026 or early 2027. That is just what today's vehicles need. More stupid, nanny bs that can break your vehicle or at least make it a pita to use. My truck already reminds me of driving my paranoid grandmother to the store.

I'll reserve final judgment after seeing one in person. But from the pictures, I dig it.
That’s what I’m afraid of, it being on 2027 models and Canada not having a choice. It is not mandated in Canada…. yet. Me really starting to like older vehicles more and more. Lots of cheaper older vehicle models you can still buy mint and with low miles.
As for the colour, looks ok. Slightly less bright than Solar Octane but will have to see it for real.
