Hey folks. I always buy the Service Manual for any new vehicle or powersport I purchase. As such, i bought the 4th Gen Tacoma Service manual. I figured id share the Auto Trans procedure for all to use. Pretty much the same as third gens.

Oh dang! Thanks! I paid for TIS for a couple of days, but I really need it over a longer period, this looks like the easy fix, even though it probably doesn't update like TIS. Very cool!

They gave me the most massive file dump, from electrical to body to mechanical, for every model and version. It was well worth it.

I was hesitant at first, as they sent me an email asking for the vin number to make sure the manual was correct. Sent them the vin, then literally got every factory piece of literature that could possibly exist for my truck. lol

Which one did you buy? The "2024 Toyota Tacoma Service Manual" or the "Toyota Tacoma 2024 Manual & Service Workshop Guide"? Both are the same price

Its a massive, massive file dump. I paid factorymanuals.net something like $59 for every available piece of documentation for the 4th gen that exists from toyota. Stuff i'll never use. Its pretty cheap.

The youtube channel "the carcare nut" does only toyotas, and has videos on the same transmissions in other vehicles, which are the same procedures.

I go to the web site and they have a 30% off black Friday sale. You would think "Yay" but go to the Manufacture drop down and they do not have Toyota! WTF
