Belt chirp when a/c turns on

Just had my chirp repaired by having the AC Clutch replaced. It took 2 months to come in. But, the chirp appears to be gone.

My clutch had excessive play in it. It chipped from the very first day I purchased it. Still quiet as of now.

The dealer replaced my AC compressor in April and it did make the chirping go away for a while. But now it started chirping again twice at start up and a couple times in the morning. It does go away and doesn’t seem quite as bad as it was before but you can definitely hear it and it’s frustrating they can’t fix this issue properly.

Update: The part finally arrived and my local dealer just installed a new AC Clutch a few days ago. I haven’t heard the noise since and it appears to have fixed the issue, but I’ll update here again if I continue to notice it.

Does anyone know if Toyota updated the part since the 2024’s were manufactured? My truck was a pre-order of the 4th gen so my hope is that a new part may have been adjusted slightly to prevent the issue from recurring.

When my dealer looked it up to replace they did say the part number was changed. Mine is still on back order.

Dealers here don't seem to want to do warranty work so I'll just wait till it breaks completely and throws the belt then call roadside
