Dealer turned off my seat belt chime for me

I was lamenting the idea of buying any sort of ODB scanner tool solely for the purpose of turning off my seat belt chime but was at the dealer getting the BSM recall handled and asked if he could disable it for me. He just said 'Yea...no problem'.

When I'm making the rounds at my ranch, I have to make alot of short start and stop trips to check on things and the chime was really annoying. If you're in a similar situation, I recommend asking the dealer before spending any money for a fix. And when you are driving anywhere else, always buckle up!

I turned mine off with Carista, along with the fake engine noise.

Because my wife, kids, grandkids drive my rigs I just use The Tikit for the times the seat belt chime is a pain. $8.00 unless on sale and work in multiple vehicles, and some for SxS, and they have dog tethers.

Paul, from Overland Taylor tuning shut mine off when he put the performance flash tune on my truck last week.
I highly recommend anyone with the 24 or newer taco, that has added any kind of weight to their truck, to get it tuned.
Night day difference from the fake want to be tuner that I had with the pedal commander.
