Difference between TRD Off Road steering rack and SR5? Anyone upgrade?

Hi All,
My 37" tires and locker and probably driving in huge rocks has killed my steering rack. It is makes a scraping noise, is chunky and hangs up, requiring a lot of force to turn.
I know the part #s are different but didn't know if they can be swapped as an upgrade or if they are basically the same. I need to drive my truck and don't have the time to develop a full hydro kit right now. Any help appreciated.

Does the SR5 have the switch to go into sport, normal, or eco mode? I know those modes stiffen the steering weight on the TRD models, so maybe that has something to do with the difference in part numbers.

I just have Tow/haul and Eco/power Interesting...
We pulled the rack out and it was full of mud. Probably not the best lubricant. The inner bearing was crunchy so we will replace the whole thing. No service parts are available individually. :(
I'm gonna do a build thread and will include the video of the guts of the rack in it.
