I went in for my 20k service (early 2024 build) and mentioned the bed rails lifting and warped. My service advisor noted it. When I picked up my truck, she said that parts for the bed rail were on order. She called me five days later that it was in-stock and I scheduled my vehicle the next day to get them installed. All is tight and flush to the body.

Don’t need to purchase any 3D printed “fixes”. Put your warranty to work!

I went that route too, but not too long after the new replacements raised up just like the factory installed rails.
I just ordered and installed Charvonia rail gap eliminators and bed rail fits flush with no gaps!

I have had mine (both sides) replaced. They were perfect when first replaced but over several months they looked just like the original ones. So I ordered the plastic wedges. Fingers crossed yours stay nice and flat.
