Hearing a popping/clunk when I drive in reverse, any idea what could be the cause

took it to the e dealership, they said the solid plate was loose and that’s what was causing the sound, I continued to hear the clunk when in reverse, I remove the skid plate completely and still hear it when in reverse, took it back to the dealership with this video as proof and they told me everything looked good and couldn’t replicate the noise but it’s everytime im in reverse, any ideas what is the cause ???

Mine does the same since I took it in for the 12 month service. Does it when turning while backing up and even when moving forward at low speed sometimes. My assumption was the skid plate as they told you. However, I have heard people mention theirs ended up being something in the front suspension not torqued down properly.

? Head scratcher, the A arms in front creaking when backing up ? Mine creeked until I replaced them with Total Chaos.
