Got my '25 SR5, 4 door 4WD 5 ft bed, new in Apri, @ ~8000 miles now. Per Fuelly app, averaging 26.3 mpg so far; last 3 fill ups were 28 mpg each. Even 10 days straight of stop & go in July I still got 21 mpg.

Running everything stock, came with factory Predator step rails, air dam still in place, added tonneau cover and mud flaps @ 2 weeks old.

MT tires definitely tear up mileage. But I'd also look at the tire size difference. Look up the actual outside diameter of the stock tires vs the MTs, then multiply your mileage by that ratio.

The MT tires are likely closer to true size, where the SR5 "31s" are probably more like 30.5.
