Part identification help please

I installed the Land Crusier “TOYOTA” skid plate in my SR5 this afternoon (finally) and I saw this part in the box but could not figure out if I need it on the Tacoma. Anyone know what/where/how this piece goes on our trucks if running the LC skid?
(I had to purchase the RCI offroad cross member for my SR5)

I'm pretty sure it's for the Toyota Land cruiser... Not needed on the Tacoma
