Steering wheel TRD decal replacement - carbon fibre DIY

Ordered a couple pieces of carbon fibre (matte, 100x25x2.5mm) with the hopes of replacing the cheapish looking TRD decal at the base of the steering wheel.. free handed the angle grinder which was probably my biggest mistake, taking a hair too much away to the lower right corner

Looks nice...sooo close on a perfect trim...story of my life curious where you found what I assume is precut vinyl stencil fir the letters? Did you clearcoat the final piece for durability or is the vinyl holding up pretty well (i.e. edge peel on the letters)?
