Got ahead of myself by adding Fox 2.5 PE coilovers to the front of my 24 OR without new UCAs or any rear lift. I asked my installer to bring them down to 1.5" vs the Fox factory set 2.25" and long story short - they left them. Their reasons were valid-ish - basically let them settle and no cosmetic damage to the coils with their janky coil compressor. At this point I'm not too interested in making a big splash about it.

Next stop I went to the dealer and had an aligned performed. Numbers (attached) came back all green. Is this a solid result or am I going to fight this until I take out preload or get new UCAs?

I am riding a little high in the front but it's growing on me. Stockholm Syndrome maybe.

My goal is to finish the job with Fox 2.5s rear, rear lift springs and new UCAs but my current logic is pointing me to ride all this out until spring when I can get all the parts together and do a lot of the work myself. Right now, winter is here (AK) and shop space is limited so I'd have to pay to play to the tune of thousands of dollars to have all that work done for me.

I had about ~1 degree positive camber and it really wrecked the outside edge of my tires. That ~1 degree was noticeable when looking at the truck from the front. It took a new UCA to get it back to about 0 camber. I was shooting for -.1 but 0 was close enough.

I installed new Camburg UCAs about three weeks after that post and its night and day. Toyota tech was able to get -.1 camber and caster is at 5.5. Adding that much caster makes a huge difference in how planted the truck feels compared to twitching out on those original alignment figures.

Man that’s a lot of caster.. how does it track on your Alaska highway. Does the wheel come back to center easily when turning

From stock with the BFG tires and +55 offset oem wheels to 2.25" front / .5 rear, new UCAs and +25 offset wheels there are a lot of variables in that mix.

The alignment was key. So driving - noticeable difference in the input required to turn at lower speeds. What I mean by that is a micro movement of the wheel doesn't translate to immediate steering changes. It takes a little commitment to get the turn engaged. To me that is ideal from a performance point. It requires the driver to drive with more attention but the benefit is the truck is absolutely stable and planted at speed and when making turns. You loose that Cadillac ease of having a big car turn effortlessly but gain a lot of confidence at speed in suboptimal conditions.
