I can't tell from that web page what you would be buying. Is it just a rack that would go above the bed, or is it that plus the roof rack with the wind deflector? If it's the latter then I would expect your mileage to decrease significantly. But if you already have the roof rack, then adding the bed rack behind it might not make much difference in mileage.
