Noise wasn’t bad until I put the light bar on. Their mount could have been made where it would sit a little lower and closer.Wow what a shame I really like the look of the kilo roof rack too. How’s the noise on it

Hmm ok. You mean the mount for the light bar? Every company should be developing some type of adjustable fairing like caliraised imo to block the light bar when not in use. Just not a fan of the overall look of theirs. Maybe time to buy some scans of the roof and CAD one myselfNoise wasn’t bad until I put the light bar on. If you happen to take the rack off or get up there to clean rust, could you measure the distance between bolts? I have a few 3d scans that claim accuracy but would like to know from some measurements and since I can’t open up my weather seals until I mount a rack yeah.Tips are accepted.JK
I've had their bed stiffeners installed since November. No rust anywhere including around the cutouts. And those are on the bottom side where any lingering water/moisture would be.Interesting! Good to know. I'm super interested in their bed stiffeners as they don't require any drilling. Wonder if they suffer from the same fate.
