Spring is the season that turns a regular Saturday into a memory. A mountain trail you almost didn't take. A lakeside spot someone mentioned once. A camping trip that took three attempts to finally happen.

A spontaneous trip to the Ocean, we like to go to Grayland Washington beach. The sand is super soft and the their aren't very many people. Another reason we go to Grayland, is after playing on the beach with my wife and 2 dogs we have a bite and a pint at the Local bar and grill. Awesome food and people.
The WIDOW is now getting loaded for a 5 day camping trip to Eastern Washington were there is a big music festival, again great people and a hell of a lot of fun.
Latest mod is this 2 room Shower and changing room made by Sanhima. Well made and great access panels.

That sounds like an amazing way to spend the spring. Grayland, camping, dogs, and a music festival is a pretty solid combo. Hope the 5 day trip is a great one.

One final round of storm and powder chasing plus ski it out into sunny and warmer weather. A day trip in mixed rain and snow to pick up a good used value on an awesome canoe - a Northwind 16 IXP with built in skid/bang plates and kneeling thwart.

My Tacoma has taken my fat ass to work. That's pretty much it. I'm about to cross the 200hr threshold in voluntary OT already, not including the mandatory. I need a vacation.

Took a 6 hour trip up north to revisit Surprise Valley Hot Springs. Spent a day exploring the Alkali lakes and up over into Long Valley Nevada.

Thank you, I am purposely building my Toyota for getaways with the family. Soon I will be looking for a daily driver, because the truck will be a true Toy.
