My ranges are entirely different. Do you have a trailhunter ? It’s super frustrating not being able to get a single source of truth on the ranges — I need that to take to my custom toyota shop. My trust in the dealer on alignments is near 0.

I don’t even trust these numbers, as I know that the caster on the passenger side is more bc it has slightly more clearance to the mud flap. Anyway. There’s no source of truth for the acceptable ranges as far as I can tell. Not sure why that’s the case. If anyone has a trailhunter and did an alignment at the dealer, could you post it? Mine shows “Type C” … maybe that’s the Trailhunter and the Pro? Who knows.

Why so much toe in front

Going wear the outside edge of your tires pretty fast.

No idea. Toyota said not to change anything. They’re idiots. Hence why I want the spec range so I can go to my off-road toyota shop.
Some toe in is normal, maybe like .05 as a spec on some street cars, to promote stability... but there's no reason to not zero that shit out if you just want a neutral starting point to observe tire wear... or you just want zero toe, which is fine too (and is the spec for the other trim 4Gs)

I would just ask your offroad shop to zero out the front end and see how that feels.

My 25 Pro with 2500 miles pushed to the right from day 1. This coming Tuesday will be my 4th trip to the dealer and the dealers third attempt at alignment. First alignment before thrust was +22, after +19. Second attempt before thrust +26, after +27. If I let go of the steering wheel when going straight the wheel immediately springs to the right and the truck starts heading to the guardrail. Its worse under acceleration. Truck also has a vibration between 40 and 47 mph, dealer says normal from the tires…..I disagree.

Apparently some trucks have this problem,

Thrust angle cannot be changed, only with adjustable LCAs and am not even sure of that, Ive got some coming next week, will keep you posted...
