I finally tied it all together with the tires. Was stuck between 33s and 35s, ended up pulling the trigger on the 285/75/17s.

Suspension wise, the truck has Bilstein 5100 shocks with the snap ring on the middle slot, which I wanna say is right at or under 2” in the front. The rear has a 1” spacer, but I’m also using my air lift bags to help it about an inch or so due to the 220lb topper.

I haven’t yet stretched her out, but no rubbing during normal driving.

Looks really awesome.
I just did the 5100s yesterday. @ the second setting (1.4") I'm perfectly level with no weight in the bed and a full tank which is odd because I've seen folks online say they're perfectly level at 1", 1.4", 1.8", and 2.1".
Anyways, great rig ! And thanks for the previous write up about your needle bearing. Have that saved.

Was removal of crash pad necessary or did you just adjust the suspension

Did not have to remove any of that. Front is set at about 2” higher than stock, but that was done before the tires were added. I’ll have to see if it rubs next time I take her out for a stretch.

Looks good, do you have a photo straight on? to see width.

Are those stock wheels? Wondering about wheel offset, compaired to my TRD wheels on my OR.

Want to understand what you did for lift, just shocks, no springs?!?! I am confused, sorry

Middle slot of front shock is what the ride height is set at. In the back I only have spacers and air lift bags. Wheels are factory sr5 wheels.

Thanks, looks great with those tires! Will do some more research on wheel specs between the SR5 and TRD OR. I would think they are similar offset and width..... but who knows.

Might want to verify this to be sure, but I believe the sr5 17” wheels are a +55 offset and the TRD 18” wheels are +20
