My truck’s AC makes a strange whining or screeching noise, but it only seems to happen after the truck has been sitting overnight. (In the video the noise ramps up as I increase fan speed, and finally goes away when I increase to FAN SPEED #5)

When I first turn the AC on at a low fan speed, the noise starts. Increasing the fan speed causes it to taper off and eventually disappear, as you can hear in the video. Once the 'whine' stops, it does not come back until the next day. It does not appear to be in relation to the blend door settings. It only is affected by increasing the fan speed to 3-5.

Has anyone experienced something similar or know what might be causing it?

Initially I thought it's a blend door but that doesn't make sense since I'm not changing blend modes. The dealer has already replaced the blower but that hasn't resolved it.

has to be someone who helps the people who can’t help themselves. society sure is doomed if this keeps up. These are the people who walk into the grocery store and ask where the milk, butter and bread is before looking for it first by themselves.

And then leave the buggy in the middle of the road.

You both realize that he was actually the one that started the thread about the chirp TSB on this forum in February, right? Did either of you actually listen to his video? I did, and I don’t hear a chirp. I hear a whining noise very different from the chirp. So, I have no reason to tell him to check “Goggle.”

Bumping this back up in hopes someone can help me figure out this sound. I have brought it in multiple times and they have no clue.

In the video, the 'squeaking' noise goes away when I increase to FAN Speed 5. I would think it's a blend door but that doesn't make sense since I'm not changing blend modes.
