If I have time I’ll probably connect the two wires to a toggle. But that requires waterproofing the plate then running the wiring to maybe inside the cab. Access panel is under the light so it’s a pain to swap.

Thanks. I actually like the amber on your silver better. It gives it a better contrast!Better than OEM. Cutoff is more defined so it’s a toss up since I have more light on the ground but everything above the line is no longer illuminated.
It can do Amber. I initially had amber but felt it didn’t fit my silver truck so I switched it to white. I would have preferred to no have the bottom bar light up but it’s ok. I wish they had connected the two white wires to a toggle in back so we can switch white/amber without having to remove the light.
The app requires another module that isn’t available yet. It might be relesased after sema.

Looking good buddy!Just got done installing the AlphaRex Prismatic Nova Headlights along with their Taillights.
The Amber DRL is.
Need to see what the OEM TRD Pro lights are worth and sell those now.

Possibly. If I keep this bumper than yes but I might be dropping in a C4 bumper which then I'll integrate some Diodes.Looking good buddy!
Since you're switching out lights and adding some in; I wonder, will you be installing the ARB rear bumper lights to your Pro too?
Which twilight model is this one? I think I prefer this one over the greyed out ones.Looking good buddy!

Exactly my thoughts. Based on your experience what are the differences between this nova series and other nova series except for the grey side lights and red side lights?https://alpharexusa.com/products/24-toyota-tacoma-nova-series-prismatic-led-tail-lights-black-red
(it's $20 less than the other two.) Plus, I kinda like the red on the side...makes it look OEM.![]()
Nothing, it all comes down to personal preference.Exactly my thoughts. Based on your experience what are the differences between this nova series and other nova series except for the grey side lights and red side lights?
Noted! Thank you for explaining this. I was so confused with the tail lights from Alpharex. I guess it’s nice to have variety but also it confuses the consumers which one to get. You helped me out on this one. For the headlights it seems straight forward. Standard, lux, and nova series. I want to get the nova series for that amber DRL.Nothing, It all comes down to personal preference.
All the taillights (regardless if it's alpha-blk, just blk or red/blk) works the same.
For me, I was sticking to a theme...keep it nice and clean (make it stand out where it counts and not draw any unwanted attention like putting a rear spoiler or some some other tacky sh*t).
I agree - it can be a lot to fully understand. I do agree, the Nova is the way to go for the headlight. The amber DRL is really good looking. I want to add the raptor lighrs in amber also then swap the Rigid lights for amber. Either Diode or the new AlphaRex ones coming in Dec.Noted! Thank you for explaining this. Same! There is already Amber /white fogs that you can switch back and forth from Alpharex for $199. Is there something else coming in the pipeline that I don’t know about?I agree - it can be a lot to fully understand. I do agree, the Nova is the way to go for the headlight. I think that is what I saw. Great price also. Just hate that the whole bumper has to come off.Same! There is already Amber /white fogs that you can switch back and forth from Alpharex for $199. Is there something else coming in the pipeline that I don’t know about?
I saw this one - https://tacovinyl.com/products/2024...nDGQmzLxVphMo4-73dPG-OcpmUCWCTjFCXqlLruyptCdtThere is a company who sells amber overlays for the fogs.
do you have more pics of your set up with the lights on? I've been considering getting the alpha rex tailights and doing the Rigid rears but didn't know if the Rigid park lights were too brightLooking good buddy!
