Heyo

I linked the guides I used to help with wiring. I ended up scrapping the majority of the ARB harness except for the main power and switch wire because I do not plan to run air lockers. Wife & I 4WD has a simple wiring video where you can use part of the switch wiring (with diode from harness) for simple on/off function. I wired it to AUX 1 on my factory AUX switch.

Thanks for posting, I have a ARB dual brushless and attempted to confirm if the kit was compatible but never got an email reply, and their phone number is only a directory so equally useless. I got the kit anyway, figuring I could make it work somehow.

From what I can tell it looks like it will work but I'll update with confirmation.

It looks like they share the same mounting. However, on the brushless, the air fitting is on the opposing side of the filters rather than on top of the shroud. You may need to move things around. Luckily, the bracket has some wiggle room to move the compressor up/down, side-to-side.

Best of luck and I hope to see the end result!

I have the ARB dual brushless mounted using the ZRoadz kit and it will fit. I don't have it wired up yet, but it's looking like it will work. I used the included 90-degree fitting and hose from the kit and it seems like it will clear without the hot hose making contact with any wiring.

I ordered the factory bracket that usually mounts the AT trans module and will use that to mount the ARB Pressure controller and wiring since I have a bit more space there.

I spoke to them on the phone this past Friday and was told that they would have an answer for me on Wed regarding the fitment for this mount w the brushless ARB.
Looks like I should have read more before posting. This is the same setup I am planning to install VS TrailHunter version.

It's a bit tight due to the air fitting being at the bottom of the compressor, but it should work. I'll confirm once the installation is complete.

Is the manifold necessary? What is the benefit in having it? Thanks

I don't think it's required; you could use a longer hose directly from the compressor, but they do spell it out in the instructions.

The CKBLTA12 Twin Brushless Compressor generates a lot of heat due to its high performance. Any connections made directly to the compressor must be high temperature tolerant and capable of withstanding up to 150°C [300°F]. Valves and hose couplings can be safely attached at external locations (e.g., after an air tank or manifold, or at the end of a length of high temperature hose that is greater than 1.2m [47”] in length). The JIC-4 male connector (included) can be installed into the remaining ¼ NPT output port (Figure 9) next to the pressure switch. ARB offers a high temperature external manifold kit for easily making such connections. (171503).
