SR5, did you follow up with your dealer and get it installed? My dealer ordered that part a month after I got the truck. I took the truck in thinking it would get installed and solve the problem. They have a special Tech who deals with accessories installation. He Took the front dash apart. Spent over two hours pondering the problem. Put everything back together and handed me the Curt ad. The part was not much more than the switch assembly you see in a truck configured with a brake controller. The wiring he needed and software to recognize the switch was not part of the package.
