Does anyone have a fix to this creek? It seems like it’s coming from inside the door. And not the hinges

Sounds like the door retainer bar... squirt some silicone spray on the bar where it enters the door jamb and work it in.

Mine gets terrible from time to time. Driver rear door much worse than others, driver door no.2, hardly an issue with the other 2.

I keep dry lube in aerosol with me always, I work in very dusty environment, no grease or oil on anything. (Tailgate latch is worse than the Gen 2 and Gen 3). I spray the retainer bar, sound goes away for a few days, comes back.

How would tightening the door hinges help?

The 10mm (I believe that's the size) hinge bolts come loose and the door will make that exact sound. Common issue. Tighten the bolts. If they aren't loose and it doesn't fix it then try lubricating the retainer bar.
