Toyota parts website or any dealer specific parts website generally. They'll have a big banner for 25% parts or whatever. They usually do them around holidays. Next one would probably be around memorial day.

Toyota does sales quite often. Just have to pay attention to their website. Some times you will get emails about it.

Blah, I've been trying to use that for a pelican case (Toyota dealers seem to be cheapest, shocking) and it won't work lol.

So the codes are somewhat item/dealer dependent.

Yea front bumper needs to come off. There are three bolts that hold it on, one that’s easy access just under the hood on the top, one is on the front hidden behind the grille and one going through the bumper retainer that hold the lamp in place.
