I have had my 2025 TRD OR aligned a few times (free at my dealership for 1st year) and I always ask for a print out of the before and after. I have always asked for the camber to be as close to "0" as possible. I've noticed that the range of acceptable specs has changed over the past year for some reason. Here's my most recent alignment which is very similar to what you ended up with. I'm very happy with how the truck drives with these numbers. For reference, my truck has a 1.5" front and rear lift via All Dogs springs and original UCA's.

Yea that sheet looks good. I just wanted to be within the specs as close as possible. I did send a spec from the tech on here if you were to ever want to get your caster and camber a little closer. But yes this tech basically told me that the specs that are in the hunter machine aren’t accurate and that if you were to adjust based on that spec it would always be off. Right now my truck drives straight and as you can see from pics the wheels are sitting much better. More like straight as opposed to the wheel having positive camber. I never really had an issue with the car not driving straight before and after the lift. But right now the mpgs have gone back up I guess cuz the front tires aren’t dragging anymore lol and it sits more normal looking now too. lol

maybe you can shed some light but I got my truck aligned and toe is at 88 degrees any clue as to why ?

Yes the machine you’re using has the wrong specs input on there. Use the specs I posted on this chat and ask your shop to manually input it.

would your specs apply to any vehicle with a 2 inch lift and a +1 in rear spring ?

From the information I gathered, yes between 1-3 inch lift these specs should work just fine.

So I bought these tires not too long ago so haven’t seen any crazy wear. But that’s why I wanted to make sure my alignment was within spec.

Yes a Toyota tech gave me these specs and informed me that they were wrong on the Hunter machine. These are the specs you need to put into the machine so you can do a proper alignment.

Yes I did have to adjust camber and caster the before measurements were highly inaccurate due to the fact that the machine doesn’t let you enter the specs until you have done rolling compensation then measure caster, then you have to go to a very specific place to enter in those specs and then it’ll direct you to new measurements. The real numbers for caster were like 5.0 and camber was 2-2.5.
Hunter hasn’t changed their vehicle setup procedure much. Over the years, they went from an individual wheel (X4) runout compensation on the rack jacks, to a rolling compensation, which is so much faster. The newer machines are very easy to work with.
I figured that you’d get back at it after a little research and checking specs. I always had an unwritten rule with working on cars. If you work an anyone’s car, it goes perfectly smooth. The minute you work on your own car, it turns into a disaster.
You ended up doing the same thing I do. Walk away, clear your head and come back armed with more knowledge, and fix it in minutes. Glad it’s sorted out.
Going to do mine in a few weeks with a 3ā€ front and 2ā€ rear lift. I’m still accumulating parts and need more $. Complete lift kit sets are the way to go. Much easier than piecing stuff together…

Yea it’s funny because the machine even asks for ride height and if the ride height is out of a certain spec, the machine won’t really let you do a proper alignment so I had to look up specs on a trd pro and basically use those measurements. Ultimately I was told the ride height didn’t matter anyways, it was basically a way for Toyota warranty to know whether the car was a factory parts/factory lift or not because Toyota apparently will warranty a free alignment while the vehicle is under warranty lol. Also I visited my local Toyota dealer asking them if they could correct my issues, they really weren’t helpful at all, they basically wanted $200 bucks for an alignment and I wasn’t about to pay $200 bucks to do an alignment where a 20 year old tech was just going to correct my toe and ship the car. That’s why I went so deep into checking into all this. Even I see a lot of guys with ADAS concerns after an alignment. The ADAS stuff can be prevented if you make sure you do the compensation. Measure the caster and then make sure the cars turned off when you align it and it shouldn’t set off any lights afterwards. I’m not gonna lie I got lucky with the TRD PRO setup but it didn’t come with rear springs I had to source those separately. Someone off of a fb group cut me a sick deal on the front struts, rear shocks and UCAs. I’m finally happy with how it sits now. I’ll post the before and after pics of how it looked before a proper alignment and after.

The first 3 are before a proper alignment you can see the wheels are cambered out and the tire isn’t sitting flat on the ground.

Second 3 are post proper alignment. I think I had this thing on the rack at least 5/6 times before I was able to get in touch with a Toyota tech that was actually willing to help.

Toyota likes to overcomplicate things. Ride height is important, but not a deal breaker if you don’t have it. Newest Hunter machines have a live ride height kit that dealers can buy, but most don’t have it. Unless you’re doing really custom suspensions, it’s not needed.
What made things complicated, is that neither Hunter, or Toyota realized how many people would modify their suspensions. Most alignment shops will use the Trailhunter specs in the machine and it’ll get them close. But not exact, unless you’re manually entering known & proven specs.
I feel bad for customers that cannot find a properly staffed shop that does alignments correctly. They’re a dying breed. Even here in Rhode Island, there’s only one that I would trust, they specialize in suspensions & alignments. But they are not cheap.
I’m lucky enough that a friend of mine lets me use his machine to do my own vehicles. But if I had to pay to have it done, I’d be scared. An OCD, competent alignment tech is worth their weight in gold. Almost as rare as a competent electronics specialist at a dealer.
