occasionally certain dealers will run a sale on the 4runner tow hooks with free shipping from time to time
i got a set from fred anderson with a 15% discount + free shipping, total cost was $101 shipped from FL to CA
just a tip: the 17mm bolts are on there real good , wouldnt budge with a breaker bar so i ended up impacting them off. factory torque specs are 75lbs.
Internet shopping is strange. When I go to McGrath Elmhurst the same part shows $123.90 and you show $119.70. I put it my cart and it changed to $134.43 before shipping and tax. It will be interesting to see what @tacorancher comes up with, although any of those prices beat the outright theft he was quoted.
It wasn't a problem for me to get the OEM tie downs off, although they are tight. Those tie downs secure our trucks during transport, so they need to be well attached. I used my 1/2" drive torque wrench to put the new ones on with 75 ft-lbs of torque with no problem.I was wondering about whether I’d be able to get them on with adequate torque

They do. However your skid plate looks different, mine is recessed at the front hooks. They should work with Victory front plate...

Oddly they’ve got a number on them that doesn’t match the actual part number.
