Installed OEM front door edge weather stripping

I am guessing these come standard on the more premium Tacoma trims. My TRD OR without the Premium package did not have them. Hopefully they will reduce some wind noise and keep the door jambs cleaner. Each door runs around $40 and they fit perfectly as expected from a factory OEM part.

Once you remove the 4 factory plugs in the door the install is pretty easy. I posted the part numbers and included a few before and after pics for anyone else that may be interested.

I believe so. The upper trims also get dual pane front window glass to reduce noise in the cabin.

I think there is another strip that goes between the front and rear door.

I installed yesterday and no rain in the forecast. I mainly purchased the product to keep out dust when Over Landing.

I also plan on installing some bulb gasket weatherstripping around the doors to help mitigate dust and noise.
