Hauled an entire house once

Almost a 5k load (guess-estimate 500-550 lbs. of tongue weight). Had 1 - 1.5 inches between the axle and bump-stops. Doesn't take much weight to get those rear coils to sag. Even our 3k teardop trailer with 300 lbs. of tonque weight plus some gear in the bed caused a good bit of sag. Installed air bags---all is well now.

Overloaded root balls of Green Mountain Sugar Maples, over 1 ton in the bed. Drove it home about 45 miles away from the nursery.

Wow that's seriously loaded those trees are massive.

Not sure how much weight (I suppose close to 1 ton) this was but drove it home from Lowe's about 32 miles away.

That's a heavy run impressive you made a 32 mile drive like that.

Hauling this TS-142 fully in the bed with tailgate up was always catching eyes. Driving up was easy with that tailgate of 3rd gen. I would push it down though for unloading. Did this once a month for a few years until home was built.

Hauling like that regularly really puts a truck to work, glad it got the job done for you.
