T24A-FTS Toyota Tacoma/4Runner/LC250 Catted Stainless Steel Downpipe

This 4″ full mandrel-bent downpipe is engineered to deliver exceptional performance and long-term durability. Its optimized design promotes faster turbo spool and earlier power delivery by allowing exhaust gases to flow efficiently. Smooth, gradual transitions throughout the mandrel-bent sections help maintain exhaust velocity while minimizing backpressure within the system.

Product Details:
  • Direct fit for all 2.4L turbo Tacoma, 4Runner, and Land Cruiser LC250 platforms, including both hybrid and gasoline models
  • Complete bolt-on solution for OEM Turbo configuration
  • CAD-designed and mandrel-bent to maximize exhaust flow while ensuring precise fitment and high-quality finish
  • Configurable for the factory ball/socket flange (standard configuration) or compatible with aftermarket exhaust systems (optional)
  • Constructed with a CNC-machined 304 stainless steel turbine outlet, 3″ flex section, and 3″ exhaust outlet (when configured w/ aftermarket flange)
  • Turbine flange is designed to provide a smooth, uninterrupted transition from the turbo outlet
  • O₂ sensor bungs located in factory positions—no sensor extensions required
  • Eliminates check engine lights through use of an EPA-approved GESI Gen2 catalyst (not available for sale in California)
  • Handmade in the USA

@JustDSM Justin, This looks awesome!! How comparable is the GESI Gen2 cat compared to the OEM unit?

this is awesome! any sound clips?
Not at this time. To be brutally honest, we're not setup/equipped to produce the typical audio-visuals that many companies do for their exhaust products. We're a calibration company first and foremost. In efforts to kick start the aftermarket for this platform, we're making some of the products we develop for internal testing purposes available to the public. But your ask is a fair one.

I'd very much love to produce a video with a few different exhaust setups we have at our disposal but the truth is, we're bogged down with our own internal development and testing, 3rd-party development, facilitating a move to a new location, while also upgrading our dyno to a Mainline AWD ProHub.

What I can say about the way this downpipe affects the exhaust note:
  • When paired with the stock exhaust, it isn't going to shake things up too much. It does increase the volume a little bit and change the tone slightly.

  • With a louder aftermarket cat back it can be a bit much for my personal taste. Volume is up under load, but it has a pretty mild increase at light load. It's not much different from downpipes on other modern turbocharged vehicles. The change in tone/volume is pretty similar to the downpipes I put on my 3.5L EcoBoost Raptor.

  • It's safe to assume the downpipe will make our truck "louder". By how much will really depend on the exhaust setup after the downpipe.

  • It's not going to sound like a Ferrari :p. With most aftermarket exhausts, it'll sound more akin to a Mitsubishi Evo or another I4 turbo of your choosing

The stock downpipe uses two catalysts of approximately 800cpi (estimated). We utilize a single GESI unit in our downpipe that is a 400cpi providing a much higher capacity of exhaust flow through the same 4" section.

We've got almost 10K miles logged with the catalyst to date, without a single hickup.
