Overload rear spring help.

Wondering if anybody has experience with either the ICON dual rate overland or Dobinsons rear springs? I have a 2024 TRD OR with a heavy RTT and awning set up that will bottom out pretty easy. I was planning on pairing the rear springs with a Westcott Designs front puck kit to level it out. I'm wondering if anybody has any real world experience with this kind of setup? Any help would be great. Icon told me the ride would be too stiff with the dual rate and the Dobinsons raise the rear 2.25" which seems like a lot. Thank you for any advice.

I just got dobinson 819s installed on my trailhunter yesterday, just on the back, so i dont have much in terms of overlanding or extended use yet. So far they feel pretty good, but they did increase my rake a fair bit. Even on my trailhunter i think it raised me like 2 inches, maybe 1.5 in the back.

The little driving ive done arguably feels better than stock

I have Dodinson 822s on the front and 821s on the rear of my Trailhunter. I had significant sag when loaded for overlanding last year and measured over 1" below new afterwards unloaded so I made the switch earlier this year. The last time I measured from hub to trim it was 24-24.5" in front and 25.75" in the rear. It definitely lifted the truck over where the factory springs were sitting at that time. Next weekend I head out again fully loaded so I will know more about off road performance once I return. Note, for reference, the tires in the pic are Nitto Terra Grappler 285/75R17 so roughly 34s.

I have the ICON Overland springs on my 24 OR. Been there since April. They are paired with Fox DSCs and a front Fox coil lift.

I don't notice the ride much. It might be rougher than stock but I am used to it. I think having the DSCs helps for sure but honestly short of cranking them all the way down to super-stiff I don't notice much. I do drive slower daily and have no high-speed highway travel unless I am loaded with gear headed out of town.

Loaded they never bottom out. This is with 225 lbs of bed weight and 250 pounds of trailer tongue weight. With a 2" lift in the front the ride is level. I pay more attention to my DSC tune with the gear and trailer. Without any shock adjustment you will be the mercy of the spring rate and the Bilstein's response.

I had icon overland springs paired with Bilstein 5100s. I really liked them. The ride was great. It did take 600# to make them feel best. At #350-400 I was a little over 1.5" above stock height while the bilstein 5100 are only designed for 1.5" of lift, so was pushing it (stock shocks are not designed for any lift).
If you're gonna run the icons I would plan to run 600# of weight.
This is at the 1st clip setting in the front with icon springs in the rear and right around 450-500# on the bed
