What problem are you trying to fix? (That's a bit rhetorical.)Is it of to use Sea foam in 2024 Toyota Tacoma 2.4 engine?
I use Royal Purple Max-Clean Fuel System Cleaner on my older junk. I don't think Sea Foam will help with water in the gas. There are specific fuel additives just for that purpose. Personally I think Sea Foam is snake oil.Is it of to use Sea foam in 2024 Toyota Tacoma 2.4 engine?
Thank you very much!I use Royal Purple Max-Clean Fuel System Cleaner on my older junk. I don't think Sea Foam will help with water in the gas. There are specific fuel additives just for that purpose. Personally I think Sea Foam is snake oil.
But I will say I have used Sea Foam about40 years and have owned a lot of old cars and trucks! And some of them would run bad with moister in the tanks to where they would run on their last leg and I would put Sea Foam in them they most of the time they would start running good! I was not going to tell you this but it has saved several time, just wanted to tell you this, I owe that much to Sea foam!Thank you very much!

Thank you, that is what I wanted to know!I've only had good results with Sea Foam. Only used it in older vehicles that ran rough. I wouldn't be adding it to tank of fuel on a new Tacoma though.
Thank you very much just got use to the old cars and trucks I guess! 56 Ford with 312 Thunderbird motor and 65 Ford Futura HP 289, with 505 iSKY Cam, I know I misspelled some of the words but I guess I sniffed too much Sea Foam!If you "need" an additive, consider something with PEA. I've used Seafoam for years in small (and yes, some older fuel injected larger engines) engines with great results. BUT, as someone else mentioned, for at least a couple of reasons, I wouldn't put it (Seafoam) in a newer 2.4 liter engine. (maybe "Techron Complete Fuel System Cleaner)
