Yea they’re niche features for a certain cohort now, the rear slider no longer as cool as a full midgate pass through that some manufacturers are doing like on the Silverado EV. I think it’s an awesome option for wintertime storm chasing across the country, allows you to stealth camp, access the bed w/a DECKED system, for something like the Trailhunter if Toyota can power the iForce battery back in generator mode, you could theoretically heat the truck bed/back camper shell. Allows you to pull into a rest stop/truck stop and rest without popping the RTT (or if it’s a blizzard outside). Even a full rear window slide down would be sick on the top trims. But yea, the situations to maximize the rear window/pass through are pretty limited, wouldn’t be be used enough to square the add-on cost
I would love to run a decked system in a th, but it would end up blocking access to the 2400w plug and air compressor.

Yea Decked & aftermarket builders will have to get creative, especially for a pullout kitchen that doesn’t chew up real estate back there is what I’m looking for …most of my tools & boxes don’t fit the DECKED anyway, are messy I have a tool trailer for most jobs…net net a decent setup in a 6’ TH bed with a GFC I’lI have no complaints even if the rear glass doesn’t allow for a pass through. In 2-3 years it’ll probably get the treatment like the new Tundra
