Update: Brought the Trail Hunter in today. They pulled a TRD Pro out for front to front view. The Trail Hunter clearly has substantial more camber. Politely requested they open a case with Toyota on the issue. At the rate of camber edge wear, doubtful these will last another 2000-3000 miles. Just to be sure, I will contact Toyota as well. Appointment is June 2 with the area service manager

Not good for you, but good for us that another TH is being addressed like mine was. We all think they got the geometry wrong and they’re still trying to figure it out. please keep us posted as I will also.

If the camber is not correct on a TH's front wheels, why can't it just be adjusted to be in spec?
My sr5 is the same way, you can clearly see how much positive camber it has, wheels slightly off enter but it tracks straight down the road

Yep, I would.

If it can't be adjusted to be in spec then it was built wrong and Toyota needs to step up and fix it IMO.
yup! now you see why were on that path of thinking, (but it's not going to happen overnight just like the leaf springs or heated seats) Mine has been at the dealership twice and corporate was involved both times, the 2nd time, they took my truck.

Just opened a case on the alignment issue. The concern is the dealers state they are aligning to specification. The issue is the camber specification has too much + Camber. A few minutes digging and it appear camber should be around +.3. This whole situation is exactly what happened with the Tundra alignment issue
