It just tends to wick on the dust and dirt and looks way more than what it is. Perfectly normal on 2018+ Tacos. How does that seep over the bracket tho?

No. It's primary purpose is to mitigate rot from the inside which was the death sentence of 1st, 2nd and early 3rd gen frames. It only takes a small amount of film to make it look like it just pouring out. It's not.Yeah, that part seemed strange to me too. I guess the purpose of that stuff is to move around so it coats all of the inside surface, so it does the same thing on the outside too.
It sure is better than having a new frame installed!
I bet it's wax seeping out when it gets hot outside the frame is coated on the inside.I was doing some work under my truck recently and saw what appears to be a leak on the outside of the frame ahead of the rear axle, on the passenger side. The only thing near to that though is the gas tank, and I was wondering if anyone has any ideas. I guess it it could have also been something that I drove through, but to me it looks like something is leaking. It is on both the outside of the frame and the slider brackets.
