I paid a tad shy of 63k for a trailhunter. But i bought it out of state from an area that would have trouble with selling this trim.

Mine was in November, but 4K miles, 2025 SR5 4x4. Doesn't have heated seats. $37.800. Private party still at $39,000 which is what it was in Nov. I went 6 hrs away from my inflated city to get it. New Tacomas in my area are still priced about the same, used seem to have gone down a bit. There's a TRD OR at the Ford lot for $42. When I was shopping they had a similar one at $46, wouldn't budge and it sat for months. There's a clean private party SR5, same build as mine, but white, with aftermarket tires and bed rack for $34,000 near me. Seems like there's more inventory used than just 4 months ago.

Them 3rd gens though... those babies are overpriced AF lol

Here's some new inventory where I live in in Northern WA

Purchased an Off-Road hybrid w/premium package two months ago for $55K. Dealer discounted MSRP $4,800 which was about 8.5% off. It seems a 5-10% discount should be possible with most dealerships. If you're in a market with multiple Toyota dealers, contact all of them, check inventory and get their best offer.

5 months ago paid 67k for my Trailhunter. It was the only one around in the Bronze Ox, and fortunately, had all the options I wanted. So that includes the top rack, bed liner, and towing tech package primarily, with some of the other BS dealer items nobody wants but they put on everything to rape you for a few pennies. They gave me 2k over Edmunds for my trade too

Got my 2025 TRD Offroad for 42k brand new. Traded in my Ridgeline and I'm paying $300 a month for 48 months.

I bought mine recently in March in Maryland. TRD O/R with premium package + sway bar disconnect have sticker around $55K. I was able to get $3K off of sticker. I had a trade-in, so I was able to negotiate on that also separately.

2025 TH, 5foot bed, icecap white, purchased January 2026. I think it arrived on the Dealer lot in September. 59k USD before taxes, It was marked 6.7k under MSRP, basically 10% off. Minimal addons (PPF, Tacoma black badging on tailgate, and door edge guards). No haggle listing.

That was a comment by the dealer, apparently people don't want the white Trailhunters as much as the others, so if you like that color, it's usually the most accessible and negotiation friendly.

Yea, they had a 6 foot bed in underground i think, and the most they would discount that was 3k, and the TRD PROs had no discounts from what i remember, they were going at straight sticker. But I might be one of the few people looking for specifically a 5 foot bed since I live in the city and it's already painful enough getting around and parking. I have my theories on my specific trail hunter. But it had 17 miles on the odometer, they said it had been test driven once before i showed up.

The other is The guy I go through just list his bottom pricing online. purchase or lease. If you're in the Southern California area, Cody Carter at Tustin Toyota has his own listing separate from the main Tustin website, i can list it here but not sure if that violates any rules. I think the only downside is his lease offers might be California Residents only. I hate to plug a dealer, but this was the easiest way I have ever bought a vehicle. confirmed online via email/texts, and showed up to sign paperwork. Sent my financing ahead of time, but they were able to pull it with the authorization number from the bank.

Glancing back at his website, he's got 2 TH's. a 6 foot bed and 5 foot bed. Both with PPF, Roof rack, and Spray on bedliner, 6 foot bed is 64.5 (in bronze oxide) and 5 foot bed (in celestial silver) 65k, both are listed with a 3.5k discount from sticker. Both Pros are 68.5, no discounts, but one has PPF, Bed scene lighting, and a roof rack.
Not sure about how the pricing change there, because lowkey, i might have gone with a 6 foot bed because i am absolutely in love with bronze oxide. Icecap White was my 2nd choice.

Ah yes, the bed scene lighting is one of my favorite add ons. It's incredibly useful, for getting the mail in the dark :)
