I've very curious about a cab height camper shell but my big issue with everything out on the market is that there is only one option that has an opening for the cab light and rear-view camera that's under the cab light to work without additional modifications. Does the ARB campershell have that window passthrough?

@marie_arb welcome! I’m a huge fan of ARB.

Per this post, is the new Summit front bumper compatible with 4g Tacoma? Your website says no, but the photo suggests otherwise. New model incoming?

I’ve been waiting for a Summit release, or to see someone attempt a retrofit with the older models.

It’s ARB’s Zenith Winch Bumper for the 4th Gen Tacomas.
Are you looking for the front bumper or the rear one? If it is the rear one, they just released the OEM ARB accessory rear bumper in the Canadian market just recently. There are 2 versions. One with and one without sonar(the parking sensors). If you give your VIN to a Toyota parts advisor they can look up which one is applicable to your vehicle and the necessary replacement harness. If you are looking at the front bumper, that is ARBs Zenith bumper you can get directly from them.
The Zenith is not the front bumper shown here, this looks like the Summit MkII which is currently only available for the new 250 Land Cruisers.

Hopefully this means a Tacoma-specific model is coming, or the current model is compatible. Compatibility wouldn’t be surprising given the platform sharing between Tacoma and LC, but ARB’s website says the model that’s available won’t work.

Same question I’ve had. On the ARB USA website, I only see Summit for 3rd Gen Tacoma.
I would like to put a bull bar and full hoops around my headlights; thinking a minimal bumper to protect from deer strikes, but don’t foresee myself putting on a winch bumper.

Do you have any pictures of the 3523060 Compressor mounting bracket installed with and without the compressor? Where does it mount? Under the hood, in the bed?
There are some pictures in the install PDF here, it looks to be between the battery and firewall 3523060_TACOMA_COMPRESSOR_BRACKET.pdf

2024 Toyota Tacoma Trailhunter (very modified!)

Hey Tacoma4G!

We’re excited to be here and to officially join this community. Whether you’re deep into your 4th Gen Tacoma build or just starting to explore upgrading your truck, ARB 4x4 Accessories is here to support your adventure on- and off-road

For those unfamiliar with ARB, we’ve been around since 1975 (cheers to 50 years!), developing rugged and reliable gear to help 4WD vehicles go farther, safer. From our Old Man Emu suspension kits to recovery gear, bumpers, drawers, Air Lockers, and our new brushless compressor, our focus has always been quality, durability, and performance.

4thgentacoma1.webp

Since the launch of the 4th Gen Tacoma, we’ve been working on making some of your favorite ARB gear available for the platform. So far, that includes Old Man Emu suspension kits, a roof rack, a front bumper, and an Air Locker. Want to see what else we offer? Browse our full product lineup here!

Most recently, we teamed up with Toyota on the all-new Tacoma Trailhunter. This rig comes straight from the factory with a lineup of ARB components, including a co-developed OME suspension system, heavy-duty rear bumper with recovery points, and a MOLLE-equipped bed rack and sport bar.

If you’re torn between trims, the Trailhunter is a great choice for anyone looking to hit the trails without spending months piecing together a build. And since it’s all installed by Toyota, you get the added bonus of full warranty coverage for peace of mind right out of the gate.

Now we want to hear from you. What are your thoughts on the Trailhunter?

Has anyone here picked one up yet? If so, what’s your favorite ARB feature on it? Be honest… What would you change or add? And don’t forget to drop some photos!

And if you don’t have a Trailhunter, what’s the #1 ARB mod on your wishlist?

We’re excited to be part of the community and can’t wait to share updates, tips, and gear insights for your 4th Gen Tacomas. If you ever have any questions, drop them below, and we’ll make sure you get an answer.
Marie, I have a heavily modified Trailhunter (an ARB 5168 suspension for one) used for Search and Rescue here in King County. We are hosting SARPOSIUM at Remlinger Farms this Thursday... with TACO BAR, Navy and police helicopters, vendors, SAR stories and more. My truck will be there.

I really like the cap on the truck you posted. Looked into it, saw the spoiler on the back. It reminded me that ARB does alot of testing out west I am guessing? I say/ask this as the eastern trails here, that would become a limb catcher and even possible catch one right to rip the top off or the spoiler. Depending what gives first. Is there a plan or way to see that part of it more?

I would like a MOD kit for my Trailhunter’s ARB Chase rack to easily be able to mod the rack and mount it on my ReTrax XR Pro aluminum retractable tonneau cover.

The purpose of the trail hunter is for camping and overlanding. Camping gear needs to be secure. Some of us add a tonneau cover. Others use a full rack or bed cap or truck camper. For those of us with the tonneau cover the following request would apply.

I would like a cutting and drilling template for the rack and instructions on measuring. I’d like hardware in the kit to remount the rack. I’m thinking that a tie that goes underneath would work for mating the rack to many types of tonneau covers. The ReTrax to ARB Chase rack installation should be more stable than simply using the tiny type T nuts in the small track that comes on the ReTrax.

Another approach would be to replace the sides of the rack with sides that will bolt to the tunnel cover instead of having us cut up the rack. It would cost a lot more, but be a simpler approach for many of us. For me, I would rather cut the rack that I have rather than spend a lot more money.

Perhaps ARB can design a tonneau cover that works with the Chase rack. That would really hit it out of the park for so many of us. One does not have to have a Trailhunter to take advantage of these options. Lots of Toyota dealers and plenty of owners have optioned the ARB Chase rack on their non-Trailhunter trucks. My Trailhunter has a 6’2” bed. I would love to have a tonneau cover that does not utilize the OEM bed tie down rails inside the truck. I wish I could use those rails for tying down loads and installing gear. One huge PITA is that I have to uninstall part of the ReTrax tonneau cover connectors in order to move things around and the rails.

I would also like some sleeker steps that bolt onto my OEM rock rails. I’m currently using N-fab steps. ARB could make something more functional. Needs to be able to quick release so we can take it off when we’re on rutted, rocky trails.

Thank you for such detailed feedback, Lauren! This is exactly the kind of input that helps us build better solutions.

Keep an eye out for any new 4th Gen products on the ARB website and on our socials!

Looking forward to adding some Old Man Emu suspension to my Off-Road build!
We've got both the MT64s and BP-51 kits available for the 4th Gen. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions or need help deciding which kit is best for your build.

Will do! We visited the ARB booth at Overland Expo West (Flagstaff) this weekend. We look forward to the 10K lb winch at a low price in the coming weeks.

wait, what camper works with the stock rearview? I've looked into a relocation kit and it' looks like way too much work.
