Ok, what issues? I sure didn't have any problems with my install. It was stupid easy.
Did you read the initial post where he talks about some issues he had? Also, if you've installed yours recently, maybe they fixed them?

I'm taking my TH in for 10K Toyota Care Service & probably Trailer BSM, will likely remove my 60 delete so everything is accessible for the techs. I have maybe the 2nd or 3rd build from GG for the hybrid rear deletes, no real issues removing the hybrid filters, I think the design is good, no complaints

Have the 40 delete also, but lately rocking a 3 seater haven't done huge trips as of late.

So I figured out a good use for all the wasted space underneath the Goose Gear seat delete:
2024 Tacoma Goose Gear 60% Seat Delete - the good, the bad, the ugly. battery

I wasn't really happy with the exposed battery connections, particularly after I added the SDHQ power relocation so I could power a winch on the front bumper. Lots of very high power exposed connections in this area, and I didn't want to start throwing stuff down there.

I had one of these heavy plastic toboggan/sled/lava tube crawling tool hanging around, and figured it would make a good insulator for the battery compartment, as it is fairly rigid. (Paricon Flying Carpet is the official name.)

It happens to fit perfectly. covers all the battery bits, and leaves an almost 5" (why?!?) high storage area under the platform. Ends up being a great place for storing all my recovery straps, bits and bobs. I had it stuffed on the floor in front of the third seat, but this is way better. All of this is above the level of the filtered vent, so air flow will travel below the sheet to keep the hybrid battery cool.

That does look good and functional, just make sure you’re not blocking air flow for cooling.
