Out of curiosity, seems that the Hybrids are the ones having the DTC issue. Has anyone with the non hybrid engine installed the Stillen intake and are you also having the issue? all feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I have a '25 gas only.
I got the full brunt of the errors after installation.
Tune fixed it.
Took about 10 cycles to clear the errors from memory.
Went full limp.

OTT has said that you can't install the TRD intake on a non-Pro or Trailmaster. There is a design difference in the intake tube size or something.
I have had the Stillen on mine since summer on my hybrid TRD Off Road. Ever since I have had it if you do a diagnostic check the MAF gets flagged, but does not trip the check engine light. The shop foreman at my local dealer says that he guesses that the Stillen reaches the just below any set perimeters therefore doesn't trip the check engine light. In the last 3 months or so I also started to get the throttle to hang at 2000rpms and would have to blip the throttle to get it to idle. This would happen when slowing down, it would either stop at 2000rpms when idling down, or it would increase back up to 2000rmp after hitting idle. I re installed the factory box and removed the S ducting so it is taking the air staight in in the bottom. Testing this setup to see what difference there is or isn't.

So is it back to normal now?

as far as I can tell. I don't drive it much. I might install the stillen again and see what happens, but might be a few months.
