I completely agree, and the sad part is they had my truck for 5 days and put me in a rental for two back tires, and they still couldn’t get it right.

So another update, gents. I took my truck today to Firestone. The 1st reason being the fact that they are open on Sundays. The 2nd, I’m sick of dealing with the dealership I got the truck from. So after 2 trips to the dealer and them keeping my truck for 5 days and the issue wasn’t fixed, the 2 back wheels were off on the road force balancing. Even though Toyota replaced the tires and said they road force balanced them, the driver side was off weight-wise by 3oz and the driver side rear was off by 1/2 ounce even though there wasn’t a weight on it to begin with because the dealership sucks. I can finally say after having Firestone road force them that she rides smooth and comfortable, which is a first for me. I can’t believe the dealership sucks that bad. It’s a shame I had to pay out of pocket to finally make my truck ride like it should. I filed a complaint with Toyota. Maybe they will reach out and refund me the money I spent at Firestone.
