Fox shocks are set to 1 and tire pressure at 26 (!)

The ride is ok... mostly what I dont like is the ride height and what comes with it like more lean, stiffer springs to control the extra two inches it has vs the 2025 4Runner TRD Pro...

Do you think there could be more lean because the shocks are at the lowest setting and the tires are only at 26PSI?

I think that is possible. My truck was delivered on the middle setting and it was a good while before I tried the softest setting. I hated it and thought that my truck floated too much and felt like an old American luxury car. I changed it back to the middle setting and I like it much better. I even considered trying the firmest off road setting. The same goes for the tires, which are way under inflated which would degrade the handling and will cause premature tire wear.

@james cole You might want to try increasing the inflation to Toyota's recommendation and trying setting number 2 on the shocks and see if it handles better. It will still be taller than you like, but that is actually a feature of the Pro, not a bug.

I'd try number 2 or even 3 on the shocks and raising up the air pressure to 32-35psi.

The way your truck is setup right now, it's setup to be as soft and compliant as possible. Like ride washboard for 8+ hours straight. Bet you it feels like a boat or an old 60's car.
