The outside wear could be because of the positive camber these trucks have... apparently all of them come like this, maybe its wrong?

That what my friends and I are thinking, that they have something in the geometry.

How mine came from factory, and what it was able to be corrected to. I don't know about other shops, but this is a standard report from Goodyear tire shops.

Your thrust angle is similar to mine... I wonder why and if it can be adjusted by some obscure way lol.

Does yours pull to the right?

Me: My Truck Pulls to the side
Dealer: everything is within spec.
Me: I don't know what that means...My truck pulls to the right. Thats not spec....Fix It.

Most states have lemon laws. Pulling to the right is likely considered a safety issue. Research your states lemon laws. Its probably some limit on attempts to fix the same problem before the state would make them give you a refund. Don't get hung up on the specs and the why they cant fix it. It pulls and that's unsafe. and its under warranty.

Replace your upper and lower control arms with ones that are adjustable.

But first see if you can get Toyota to replace them for you with these.

This is the numbers they ended up with on mine from Toyota, corporate after they got involved.

This is true. I originally went to get my alignment checked at my local Toyota dealer after I told them it visually has positive camber [I'll be honest, I didn't notice it when I first got the truck as I was too excited]. I know trucks may have some slight positive camber, but I feel like the Pro's have too much of it....but I'm not an automotive engineer, so what do I know.

Anyway, they said that the camber was within spec for the Pro [supposed to have some positive camber], but the toe was out of spec, so they took care of that under warranty. Below is my alignment sheet.

My truck does ever so slightly pull to the right, but I really do mean ever so slightly in a very micro way.

All vehicles pull slightly to the right because of how roads are constructed with a crown in the center. That is something we all should be used to and I assume the discussion is about a greater pull to the right than that. My truck tracks as straight as my other trucks/cars have and it would be interesting to see how my alignment specs compare with problem trucks.

I think the important variable here is thrust angle, which seems unusually large in the OP's truck. The positive camber is normal and is only a problem if it is causing wear on the outside of the tires IMO. It is interesting that the Toyota specs from @Smugly1169 indicate some negative camber is within spec but all the Pros I have seen clearly have at least some positive camber.

I am wondering is it worth it to add a little negative camber to the front as the rear has a bit it does not make sense to me...

A little positive camber in the front usually improves the steering feel and response, so it is often different than rear camber in my experience.

I don't feel any strong pull left or right. Instead I get a forward/backward vibration or shudder in my lower back when in upper 30s/lower 40s and upper 60s/lower 70s. It got a lot better (less) after the alignment and balancing (wheels were a bit out of balance according to their machines), but it's not gone.

Our trucks unfortunately do Pogoo.
