Finally ripped the back cover off my seat (literally) I filled the air up 9 days ago as per my last post, and my pressure is down 20psi, so I oiled up the moving bits and the seat is much quieter, added 20 more psi, and I changed the factory valve caps to one with a seal on it in hope to diagnose the issue before ultimately complaining to the dealer which I’m not looking forward to

Being a Journeyman welder it's really cool to see the QC by marking the welds with black marker

Installed SnailArmor Tailgate Mat. I'm very happy with it. It was a bit expensive ($600 CAD shipped) but I use my tailgate as a table almost daily so it was worth having a flat, durable surface. :D

With my previous gens, I typically just drove up on a couple of 2x4s for a little additional clearance. But with my 4th gen, the front dam is a little lower, even with the 2x4s, it was doable, but snug. My Rhino ramps were a little tall. So, I made my own. Taller than a 2x4, but shorter than the Rhinos.
