If that's the case, I assume that someone around here who was talking shit about this kit might consider picking one up on saleI assume once the kit becomes available to the public to buy you’ll be able to.

Sorry off topic, but As promised: 5100s @ the 2nd circlip setting up front. Was hoping for a bit of rake as it was supposed to be 1.4" (measured 1.75" difference with factory suspension) but leveled it perfectly. Not sure I'll lower it or add rear spacers because it looks BAD ASSPlease do and post a picture! I’d love to see how it looks.
looks great. I’d add the rear spacers. I wish with my TRD Bilstein lift, I could add a 1/4” top plate and rear spacers to bring it up just a tad. I’d leave it…..Sorry off topic, but As promised: 5100s @ the 2nd circlip setting up front. I don't get why those settings are so far off. @magicandlouis had a similar issue with the 5100s. .35" discrepancy ain't nothing! But it is perfectly level with a full tank of fuel.looks great. Looks great, definitely making my pockets burn looking at it.I don't get why those settings are so far off. @magicandlouis had a similar issue with the 5100s. .35" discrepancy ain't nothing! But it is perfectly level with a full tank of fuel.
Anyways, I'll chat about this somewhere else and try to keep this thread on topic

From the unboxing at 0:48 it looks like Toyota opted to put the front shocks together in this Tundra kit. They may have found it easier/cheaper to go the assembled route in the interim. Curious to see if the Tacoma kit follows suite. The kit comes unassembled (shocks and coils). Unless they assemble them at the plant, the dealer will have to do this. A simple spring compressor can do this, it isn’t very hard. With the compressor failing at the factory, it created a ton of liability on Toyota‘s end. So to not have to pay anyone else a disability pension should anyone else get seriously hurt going foward, I believe they opted to make sure there wont be another injury by improving the tool.
Those brackets in the picture by the upper control arms look like the mounting brackets for the lower control arm. Probably slightly reshaped to account for any change in angle. Diff drop is not usually included because Toyota replaces the axles with axles designed for the extra angle and articulation.Toyota doesn’t give a breakdown on the parts list on the sales sheet, just TRD lift. From everything I read pertaining to the kit, its shocks and springs, billet UCA’s, extended axles, etc. I see a couple other smaller parts in the pic near the UCA’s. Not sure what it is. Another thing people don’t know is if the kit comes with a diff drop. That apparently is needed when you lift 3”. I’d like to think Toyota was proactive and included it. However , id say the pic accurately reflects the kit.
