Hey all. Quick post, but wondering what you all suggest for tonneau covers. The OE Toyota hard folding covers have caught my eye. But horribly expensive. All tips and suggestions are appreciated!

My suggestion was you guessed it…….you can’t go wrong with the OEM Trifold, it will be warranted, it fits and it works….you get what you pay for

Oem tonneau fits real well. Easy installation. Yes it’s pricey, but you get what you pay for

The Bison one fits good but requires the tie down rails to be relocated - duh!

I went with the tyger t1 or t3 soft roll up cover. I’ve had the same cover on multiple trucks I’ve owned in the past and never had any issues. Everyone’s needs are different. I don’t keep a lot of stuff in the bed so from a security standpoint that wasn’t high up on my list however it keeps my bed dry and wasn’t expensive. I absolutely could afford a better more expensive cover but this one has always worked for me with zero issues and only takes 15 minutes to put on. If I was gonna get a hard cover I’d probably just go for the Toyota one.

The wife bought a Rough Country bed cover for my 2025 TRD OR...I installed it and find it to be very sturdy and fits well. I have a fabric cover on my other truck and there's no comparison with the tri-fold rigid cover.

When I bought my ‘24 I had the dealer add and install the tonneau cover before leaving the lot. At the time the OEM covers were back ordered with no scheduled restock date. The GM said this was basically the OEM but not branded. Knocked several hundred off the price since it doesn’t say Toyota but since they installed it it’s fully warranted.

My experience with it has been awesome. Pretty much zero leakage except for drops at the cab side and maybe near the tailgate. It’s been through all kinds of weather, powerwashing, and tunnel car washes and still looks brand new and no leaks. Best purchase ever.

I have a Gator SRX soft roll up cover. Inexpensive, easy install, out of my way in 5 minutes if need bed. I park in my garage, security is not a big factor, a thief can access a hard or soft cover.

Any model of Diamondback. Expensive yes- but as someone has stated before me- you get what you pay for. I’ve had mine on for two years, through all types of weather, and not a single issue with it.
When it rains or snows the pick up box stays bone dry. I have the Switchback as it fits my needs perfectly. It’s tough, durable and “ bulletproof”. Just my 2 cents. Enjoy the hunt!

I've had fold up and roll up (retractable) covers on 4 pickups. The OEM is the tightest fit, least leaking one since the retractable, which worked great but took up too much bed space for me, so went back to the flip up style. It's secure and being able to open the cover from either side is handy. Besides leakage, important feature is the ability to fold up the cover and use pretty much the whole bed; the protection for the back window isn't bad either.

Another vote for the OEM. I've never had any leaks in mine. If you install it properly you can get it so that it won't.

Plus you can usually wait until Toyota has a sale and snag them for 20-25%, on top of searching for dealers that already have them discounted.

I think I got mine for like 7-800 total using the above method.

I am in love with my diamondback HD. It’s amazing. The most durable truck product I’ve ever bought. I keep my guns, my laptop, my gear in the bed with no worry. I strap stuff to the top. The cleats look badass and fit the aesthetic of the truck. Could not be happier. But it’s pricey. It depends what your objectives are. I’ve also owned a LoMax that was less pricey, less secure but also worked well.
