Lets face it team. I want more HP and torque than the Ranger Rapture. 425hp and 475 foot pounds of torque would have everyone in line. Let hope Toyota is listening.

Look for a dealership in a small town. I had to go 1.5hrs away from my local area. And yes some of my local dealerships didn't even know about the release. But were happy to tell me 7k to 9k Dealer markup. Good luck!
Easy way to find a dealer willing to take deposit and at MSRP is to just email a bunch of dealers within whatever distance you're willing to drive to buy the truck. I've always had success doing it this way...

My local dealer is only selling to customers that live within 50 miles... but they are selling at MSRP for all Tacoma versions, minus TRD Pro

Wow, that's ridiculous
Iā€™ve never actually bought a vehicle brand new from a dealer, Iā€™ve always been too cheap but I guess so are willing to pay a premium for what they really wantā€¦ just not this guy

If you watch the Grand Highlander release. I think the new Tacoma will share a lot of rhe same technology. Maybe even the iforce max stats. But they could increase the Hp easily to bring it closer to 400hp. And even out do the Ranger Rapture I hopešŸ¤ž
There has been one guy implying the Ranger Raptor will be outdone in terms of torque, but not so much horsepower. He already said a number of times, it's 326 hp, 465 lb-ft. He's seen the vehicle and the 2024 Land Cruiser. Ranger is 405, 430 lb-ft. Remains to be seen how accurate this is, but we'll find out in 18 hours.

The i-Force Max for TNGA-F is probably different a bit from the transverse applications in the unibody GA-K vehicles called Hybrid Max. Again, I guess we'll see in 18 hours.

326hp sounds low I think. I would expect at least 365. Maybe even more torque than 465. It would be easy. I'm really wanting the Tundra Iforce Max šŸ¤ž

Yeah, we'll see if what he said matches up at all and if the staff insistent on zero V6, are correct.

Every other manufacturer is offering a V6 in the mis size trucks. It would only make sense to offer it in the Pro, limited and TH. We will see soon. I haven't had one since my 1994 Tacoma so I'm excited no matter it is. It will be great to get out of the 2012 F250 4x4 ride quality. 11 years of bouncing šŸ˜†.

Not GM....Turbo 2.7L 4 cylinder only. They do have 3 different tunes though.

That kind of torque should be more than enough to go head-to-head with anything in the segment
