Looking more into this it sounds like alot of intakes have issue, even SXTH Element has this same problem with the GR Corollas and even catch cans
The real question is, are people having that issue with the Tacoma?

Well mine is a 6 speed manual so it would be interesting to see if someone else with a 6 speed manual is having thr same problem (manual doesn't rev as high as auto and boost changes probably happen more frequently in the manual due to having a clutch)

So I had to remove the intake, I contacted K&N (great customer service)they sent me a new pipe and y pipe and even with those it still threw the p2c90 code. I tried to see if there were any loose connections which there definitely wasn't, the only thing I could find was the MAF sensor area is not molded even remotely flat which may cause leaks and after trying to tighten the maff sensor i was able to get the Long term fuel trim to improve but couldn't get them to improve enough for the truck to not throw a code. I put my stock intake back on and my long term fuel trims returned to 0% at idle as opposed to -12% with the intake on.
