Installed the OEM tonneau on my long bed. Love it, aside from some minor things.

I’m also not impressed with the drainage system. It is very lose where the plastic fitting attach to the underside of the tonneau cover. I also would like to find a fitting for the bed holes so I can shorten the drain hose and feel confident it will stay. Right now I have them as a long mess, but they have pulled out from the bed drain holes as the fitment is also quite loose. I use a OEM bed mat and it assists a bit in holding them in, thankfully.

Another thing I am just now noticing after a month of use. It seems like while completely closed, the end latches closest to the tailgate will sometimes come a half click/notch undone. I can’t pull up the tonneau, but I can push it down another half click. This hasn’t been a problem yet, and I haven’t had a chance to look at the rails, but it’s concerning. Does anyone else experience this?

I'm not sure if it's the same on the long bed, but it might be possible that your rail is not installed properly. I had an issue with the latches when I installed mine but it turned out I didn't have the clamps seated in the rail properly. It's subtle but makes all the difference. Other than that, the latches are adjustable. Just keep in mind that if the clamps aren't seated properly in the rails, the rail won't be stiff enough to latch properly regardless of any adjustments
