I like this idea the most. Not only can you do the customization like Carista but you have the ability to troubleshoot and reset codes after you fix said codes. I'm thinking of getting this!

I just bought a Carista from Amazon for $29.99 and they are offering a year subscription for $30.. I figured the year option for the price was a good deal.

Yeh, you can do that, but most adults outgrew the immaturity of bilking the company when they became responsible working individuals. You understand the commitment when you buy the product and follow thru, or screw the system for all of us in the long run.

Subscription models are the death of consumerism. Look at the Toyota app for instance and how you have to pay for GPS services. Or whichever company tried the subscription model for heated seats. I'd rather screw the company for once.

I get it, Max. I just choose to not do it. I used the subscription for the year I paid for it, then use other apps that serve the purposes I want and go without the other stuff. Just sayin'.
