31K miles. It’s as easy as it gets. 24mm socket for tcase and rear differential, 10mm hex for front diff. Open the top bolts first then bottom to drain. Put the drain plug back in (new washers) fill from the top until fluid comes out, put the top plug in. Flex fill bags are the easiest for refilling. 7 bags of 75W90 (GL5) washers from the dealership.

Installed a CBI Stealth bumper. It took about 7 hrs including lunch and cleanup. I had the full underchin still on the truck but it wasn't really compatible with the new bumper. It did get trimmed up to make some side mini deflectors to close up the bodywork.

Horizontal surfaces had a lot of embedded dirt so I clay bar'd the truck and applied Cerakote ceramic spray. Came out very nice.

Put in a few cockpit gadgets to hold other gadgets.
Car registration is in outer pocket of the Spanker. Eyeglass cleaning wipes and cloth in the inside.
Bear spray is on the molle in driver’s footwell. Glad to have it out of the door where I can’t reach it when the door is shut (and it rattled.)
Figured out the correct orientation of the universal tablet holder and stuck my iPad in there.
Put in a new MagSafe powered holder with a fan in the back. Let’s see if that works with my current phone case. My iPhone 16 Pro (midsized version) overheats in 65° weather when fast charging in the house and truck. I hope this will solve it for road trips. Already tried three different cases and no case. It’s the damn phone battery and the weird MagSafe “technology.”

Friends, more gadget spam. The fire extinguisher is mounted to the passenger seat footwell MOLLE.

We bought a four pack of Prepared Hero fire extinguishers. I can’t remember if I got these from Costco or Amazon, but there is always a better deal if you buy at least two.

p.s.
I started carrying a fire extinguisher when I got my Integra 6-speed manual and started going on mountain drives with a car club. That’s why I have the walkie-talkies too. To keep in touch with the lead drivers and the rear driver so people make all the right turns and no one gets left behind. And for camping, they are so useful with trailer back up (pre-Tacoma) and around camp. Rechargeable. Love these things.
